Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mixed-age classrooms using the Montessori method to facilitate a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's holistic development.
- Plan and implement Cambridge and Montessori curricula and activities that promote individualised learning and encourage independence, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that values diversity and promotes positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support the overall mission and values of the school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Teacher training certification from a Zimbabwean recognized training center.
- A bachelor's degree in Sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Candidate MUST be able to teach Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology up to Ordinary Level.
- Proven experience as a Montessori Guide/Teacher in a similar setting is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
