About Us
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Shop Attendant to join our team in Harare. The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service backed by a Marketing Certificate or Diploma or its equivalent.
Job Summary
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, cashier duties, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising and stock levels
- Support sales growth through effective product promotion and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Requirements
